My client owns a state of the art childrens play centre in an affluent area of South West London.
They are now in a position to recruit an outstanding manager to join their team and help drive the business forwards. As an organised all-rounder, your role will be to manage the operational aspects of the site on a day to day basis including health & safety, cafe bar, parties and front of house. You will aslo be responsible for the performance and development of a team of 30 staff.
You will use your skills in face to face communication to convert inbound leads to sales and ensure all guests revisit. You will need to implement a strong sales and marketing plan for the year and maximise profits through a range of revenue streams.
The ideal candidate will have experience as either a Assistant Manager/Operations Manager from a large health club or Club Manager from a smaller site. Must love children
