Social Housing Technical Officer - Central London
Technical Officer required to work for a housing association in Central London. This is a contract role to for the association's Surveying team. As a Technical Officer you will provide technical advice and inspections to analyse the levels of repairs and improvements that might be required. You will follow the whole process, from the initial enquiry right through to over seeing the works to ensure it achieves the necessary standards.
Previous surveying experience is beneficial, and experience of preparing and arranging schedules of works, specifications and drawings is essential. You will have worked within a social housing environment previously and have a relevant qualification in building or equivalent experience.
