London: Office manager pa needed for award winning pr consul - EUjobs - 08-07-2008
We need an experienced office manager/personal assistant to maintain our growing office and support our busy team. The office managment role spans many aspects of our business, from health and safety, making our guests welcome, invoice/debtor management to event organisation and office supplies. You will also manage a part-time office adminitrator. The PA role is to support three company directors.
The ideal candidate should answer 'yes' to the following questions:
1. Have you demonstrable organisation skills?
2. Do you think you will pass our maths test?
3. Can you juggle many tasks and make things happen on thime?
4. Are you up to date on the legal aspects of office management?
5. Do you have good grammatical skills?
