iPhone 3G was reported to have serious security flaws - Nicholas - 08-31-2008

The new 3G Iphone was expected as one of the best gadgets of the year, but it turned to be one of its most disappointing. More gadget forums and experts reported that the security level of the new iPhone is practically missing. And when we think that most of us are using its wifi feature quite often, our credit card info or other sensitive data is an open source for hackers. :|

that's pretty bad. I was thinking on buying an iphone when it just appeared (last year). But,I didn't, since I had not enough money. Now, this news makes me glad 'cause I can now make jokes on others who have this phone! Smile

oh, so it's all about software update? No hardware update? That disappoints.

Apple released the software update, and the first feedbacks seem to be ok. Hardware is on a proper level, you should not be worry about it.
