London: Part time pa required for property manager - EUjobs - 06-08-2008
The job entails sending and replying to emails; dealing with post; making and taking phone calls from tradesman and liaising with them and tenants. Arranging redecorating/repairs on properties and re renting property/viewing/interviewing tenants.etc.
The applicant must have some previous experience in property rentals/management and have a full UK driving license and be pc literate and available to work mornings from approx 09.30 -1.30pm (Monday -Friday) with occasional evenings and afternoons as required.
Good communication skills and telephone manner are essential, and the applicant should be reliable, prompt, flexible, and show a high degree of initiative and be able to think situations through. The applicant would ideally have some knowledge of arranging mortgage loans and liaising a mortgage packager.
