World of Warcraft game downloading problem? - Frumgar - 01-24-2011
Hey i am about to play world of warcraft, cataclysm for the free trial i downloaded online. I have opened it all though and downloaded the patch. But when i open the file to play world of warcraft one final download starts and it shows how much gigabytes there it to download it and how many killobytes per second my computer is running. And i have quick play selected on the options. So i have finished the first step and this allows me to go ahead and start playing the game regardless if its done loading. But a little bit afterwards a caution thing shows up underneath the loading bar and it says its behind a firewall....well ive already opened all the ports and its still coming up even when ive restarted it. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this? i dont see how its loading any slower at all

My suggestion? Don't play. It's the worst expansion so far, besides the fact that the level cap is only 5 levels more rather than 10. the new zones are cool, but the leveling zones for 80+ suck. Trust me, I'm 83 on my mage and HATE it because it's terrible.
That... and I really, REALLY hate leveling.
But really - I wouldn't waste your time with it. It's not that great, the heroics aren't outstanding and it's going to take forever to get gear. Only thing getting me to level to 85 is my withdrawal from arenas.
