It is too hot in Texas and I would like to live and work in Holland.

You need to either get hired by a company in America who will send you overseas, or get hired by an overseas company who will fill out the paperwork so that you can get a work visa. Check out the link below.

Pastor Dave above is right; to get a job in the Netherlands, you need to have a company in that country provide you with a work contract and have them do the required paperwork for you to be able to work there. As with most immigration laws, you need to have certain skills or be in a certain profession to be considered for a position there. Your best bet is to check out Dutch immigration policy and information about your career.
