probably not a very good one; you might be able to score some odd jobs here and there but nothing good or permanent unless you have some extraordinary skil, I'd think.

Well nothing is impossible
but it will be very difficult
still you can try NATO
or international organizations and agencies based in Brussels.

we are on the same boat i live in belgium as well and i do not speak french nor flemish but i have looked for jobs with english speaking criterier only, i have been here for a month and no luck but be optimistic, there are jobs out there,god just needs to be on your side,

It will be very difficult but there is a very large English (from England) population in Belgium. There are many English stores, there are english schools, english restaurants, etc...
