London: Permanent or freelance php programmer required for c - EUjobs - 06-17-2008
We are looking for a Web Developer / Programmer to join our creative agency in Hoxton. The successful candidate will develop websites and web applications, and content management systems for our varied clients - from artists and chart-topping pop singers, to architects and financial institutions. You must be extremely diligent, positive and conscientious in your work, with a talent for producing cutting edge, standards compliant websites. You should be self-motivated and keen to both learn new skills, and further your career. High standards are essential.
Essential skills:
OO Programming
XHTML
CSS
Javascript / Ajax
XML
PHP
MYSQL
W3 Standards Compliant
Preferred skills:
Flash with Actionscript 2 / 3
Linux & Apache
Photoshop / Fireworks / Illustrator
Experience:
Ideally, a minimum of 1 year's experience. However, of most importance is an ability to demonstrate talent and skills and a passion for creating quality work
Education:
Ideally, a graduate in Computer Science, or related subject. However, as above, of most importance is an ability to demonstrate skills
Salary:
£20-£25K dependent on skills and experience.
