London: Professional team of builders for immediate start - EUjobs - 06-17-2008
We are looking to take on board ASAP a team of builders for the refurbishment, extension and loft conversiion of a property in centre of London.
Our budget may seem tight for those wanting to make a massive profit immediately. We require a group of workmen that would all like to be involved in the development of this project with share of budget amongst them, rather than the owner to get the big part of the pay.
We need 4 to 5 individuals with the following qualities
qualified carpenter/joiner
qualified plumber
qualified electrician
all ronder, plastere handy man
the budget is £22,000 LABOUR ONLY, all materials will be provided by us.
For those applying from abroad, as the property is habitable, we would be pleased to have builders wishing to stay on site/ in the property
We require at least one reference, together with evidence of work completed previously either in this country or abroad
At least one person will have to be able to communicate in English for smooth running of the project.
