It's not easy at all, especially not for students or most people for that matter. To work in a pub you need prior bar experience usually 2 to 3 years, some pubs might take you on but not many.

i'd imagine about now. its normally busiest from may - august so this would give you a little time to try and find work

Everything works out fine for me... its been 4.5 years and counting :) we have no kids as im a student but Im sure that wouldnt change and if it did race would not be the issue
