Job interview
#26
would you then suggest to behave as you do it daily during the job interview?

Yes I do. People are shy when it comes to job interviews. That's why a good part of them fell to win a new position. But when you act normally you may be on the right way!

your daily behaviour reveals only 30% of what you can do. During a job interview, try to show at least double.

And sometimes is good to lie a few times, just to make an impression, it might be worth it.

a friend of mine once lied at a job interview that he had a lot of jobs, but not official ones. He was morally prepared for controlling questions, and he made the employer believe that's true.

A lie will, earlier or later, be revealed. That may end with a firing or retirement. Nevertheless, if you're a good specialist, the employer won't care about what you told him in the beginning.
If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

In the end everything depends 50% on the employer, and 50% on the type of man that the employer is.

I don't think this ratio is that equally balanced.

Usually job interviews are carried on in two stages.
If the first stage, the short one, is passed, then there is no problem in beginning the second stage, which consists in detailed interview. By the end, you may get really tired.

Be ready to further be given a test. The employer could test your knowledge very slyly. A lot of indirect questions will follow. It's important that the head is fresh when you plan a job interview.

Yes, interviewing is always delicate, you never know how to say and how to stay to create a good impression and to look like a good specialist. By me I think that the best will be to feel free and not to try to impression with different facts that you didn't do, because if they will accept you, you can have problems in the future.
