prophylaxis for your health - morning exercises

People I just want to suggest you to do morning exercises. It's the best way to prevent any diseases. Morning exercises improve blood circulation and consequently your immunity improves. This particularly refers to people who's work consists of sitting in front of the monitor. Personally I practice exercises every day and I feel great. If I don't, it feels like I miss something, the day goes passive. How about you, are you practicing morning exercises?
