You know, your politicians seem to be misunderstanding something, or they simply don’t wanna understand it.
It wasn’t just so long ago that our Assistant Secretary of State for European Affairs Philip Gordon met with Belarusian President Lukashenko. Mr. Gordon said that Lukashenko was not the right man to deal with and that Lukashenko had to fulfill his obligations before any further cooperation could be possible!
Now what? You’ve simply f*cked up Mr. Gordon’s advice instead of deferring to it! You allow a dictator into your ranks by offering him a place in the Eastern Partnership! It’s stupidly you know. Do you really think that America’s giving you bad advice? No way! You are just to follow it, and you’ll be ok! It’s been always the habitual pattern of USA-EU relationship. But this time smth hasn’t clicked just… I wonder why….
Huh, I didn’t expect our “enlightened” friends in Europe to be so short-sighted actually.
