To lose weight you have to eat healthy food: carbohydrates (no sweets and cakes,sugar) and fruits till 13.00 and proteins without fat plus salad till 17.00.You have to drink water during the day.Eat only boiled food,don't fry. Eat many oranges,grapefruits,pineapples.Eat fruits separately from the other food. Do sport, if you can , do it every day!
