A Service Delivery Manager with a proven track record of delivering Standard Operating Environment (SOE) and implementing Service Desk operations.
Someone with strong communication, stakeholder / expectation management and team leadership experience who operates with complete transparency and is capable of innovative solutions to challenges.
Experience in delivering real business-solutions and implementing global change in large organisations within challenging and time-critical environments.
- ITIL Foundation certified
- Min 3 full years commercial experience
- Professional & well presented
