We are currently looking for a Senior Technician to join our team, who is focused, a great trouble shooter and is able to rapidly resolve problems so that they don't affect our client's businesses.
Below is a basic list of skills which we require but the key thing is to be eager to learn, have great communications skills and troubleshooting skills that are second to none.

Senior Technician - Description:
* Provide remote and onsite client assistance
* Proactively monitor client networks
