The Role:
An opportunity to work for a national company that has constant positions through the United Kingdom. It would suit someone who is personable and can organise and manage their time effectively. The position requires someone who is able to provide professional advice/help line service to customers who have Air Conditioning or Refrigeration faults.
This exciting position puts you in the front line technical advice/support for all P6 air conditioning/refrigeration calls. To produce quotations and order material as required. You would also solve technical problems over the telephone and assist with the issuing of P6 calls to the engineering team. Other duties would include the maintenance of the office filling system and keeping that up to date at all times.
Skills:
· Qualified A/C Engineer to NVQ level 2 or relevant experience
· Ensure relevant database information is in place and kept up to date
· Reduce the number of service calls by solving the problem via the telephone call
· Understanding all procedures in Retail Office
· Good telephone Manner
· Good written and spoken English
