Belfast: Customer service representative

You will be working on behalf of a government agency and play a pivotal role in the successful roll out programme for barrier free tolling.
You will handle incoming calls from customers wishing to register for the service, making payments and dealing with billing issues.
Previous customer service experience is desirable and fully paid training is provided.
