we arecurrently looking for a person to take over from our current head cook who is leaving the uk.
we are looking for some one with cooking experience preferably in a pub.who can take over and help us run our very busy kitchen.
you must understand basic food hygiene and be able to follow a company menu and spec book
the working week is 5/6 days and will involve working till 11pm at the latest on a rota basis.
we offer a starting pay of £7 ph going up to £8 ph after induction and training and a monthly bonus if food stock is good..
we are the clarence pub and dining room on dover street in mayfair
part of nicholsons pubs of london.
you must be able to understand and speak and write english.
and must have a work visa if not from uk or eu
