HOW TO STOP FIGHTING AGAINST YOURSELF?
#1
I know a person, who is full of anger because of what happened to him thirty years ago. He keeps fighting with those thirty year old negative thoughts until now. What was the result? He doesn’t have trustful human relationship. Manipulating people in order to gain their favor is a routine for him. But he has little of genuine value in his life. So, how he could end this vicious circle?

There exist in physics big quantities, which impress peoples mind and imagination. But they are equal to zero (disappear), if we choose a certain system of reference. So, what is your system of reference? Is it your bad treatment of you by a certain person?
If yes, than the amount of anger and related negative thoughts could stagger your imagination.
Or, may be your frame of reference is forgiveness and love. In this case, the amount of anger is zero, it disappears.

Do you have a bad person’s example as a system of reference to react to people and circumstances?
If yes, you choose to fight against yourself, you keep punishing yourself for something other people did wrong.

So, always be aware in what system of reference do you live everyday.

It's important to live with the present and future day, forget yesterday. If you had big problems in your past, just forget them, because remembering them won't give you pleasure and there's no sense in recall.

I think opening your genuine value is very important, otherwise you can become a fake person, fake personality, and your every word will be fake as well...
This requires effort and digging out the thing that hinders our genuineness appear, and then, remove that thing
