Why Russia and USA like to argue with each other...
---------------------------------------------------
If you think about it, the personalities of
Russians and Americans are pretty close. Two
big countries with strong feelings of central
nationalism, both feeling big and powerful.
It's like two big boys trying to show off to
each other on the playground. America chases
after Russia,Russia chases after America. It's
like a big competition. They both secretly love
it... it makes them feel special...
Meanwhile, Europe watches with one eye on each
side, to make sure they don't break anything.
America and Russia both like Europe a lot, so
when one side or the other gets out of line with
the other, and Europe says, " Hey! What's going
on here!", Russia, or America ( and sometimes
both ) hang their heads down, says "Sorry!",
then go back to showing off again.
I say let them go at it, they need each other.
After all, if they do get along, and their kids
are out playing together, all that the older ones
can do then is sit around the fire and drink their
beer and vodka together, and reminisce about
"...the good old days, when we used to show
each other who was better..."
As long as they don't actually fight, let them
have their fun. After all, boys will be boys...
( and don't let the Americans or Russians know
this secret, they'll swear every word is a lie ) ;-)
