A court in southwestern China has sentenced a man to death for a drunken-driving accident that killed four people in what's being called a first for the country! nobody has the right to take someone else's life .. not this is what religion says?

I disagree with the Chinese sentence! have been awake and conscious he had deserved the punishment but he was drunk and not responsible for his actions!

and if won't be the Supreme Court who would be punished criminals? It is entitled to take such decisions. otherwise man would not be afraid of anyone and anything. There must be a supreme power. And about the case ... what you doing that you receive!

Yes, religion says that no one has the right to take a person's life. I think it is not right to kill someone for what it did. We don't have the right to judge someone is such way. that man who is guilty should pay for his actions but not with his life. The best judgment for such people is to stay on the jail for all the rest of his life.
