Too soon, if I can say what I really think. :nonnon In any case it will be first Bosnia then Albania and last Serbian.

The order (as I predict it) has little to do with their individual merits but more to do with EU and UN "guilt feelings" for doing nothing during the "ethnic cleansing" that went on there. However, even if all three will be let in at the same time it will be made publically clear that the "decision" to let in Serbian will have been made last.

not too soon! these countries still have to do some serious points imposed by the EU! will soon join Cruatia, after which I think Iceland cause has been strongly hit by the crisis and needs help! According to the Commission Albania has to progresse in some imposed points like corruption and crime etc Regarding Bosnia and Serbia they never asked to join! I think firts will Be Albania then Bosnia and the last Serbia! but I doubt cause the last two tend to independence

Serbia and Bosnia want to be independent! these two are not supported by all countries that 's why they still have not got it! I believe they will only join if will be required or will need the help of the EU!

I believe that describes most member-states. If there´s no advantage there´s no reason to join.

Have you ever been to Ukraine?

I have been to the Ukraine and I think it is in much, much, much worse condition than Romania, Bulgaria, and Bosnia. As a matter of fact if I had to decide on Ukraine or Serbia joining the EU I don´t know what to say except ... NEITHER! [Image: thumbsdown.gif] [Image: iconx_no.gif]

And I live in Ukraine. This country isn't ready for EU. Because of government authorities first of all.

So why don't you come in Ukraine and live here. For a year or so. Maybe then you'll understand what is this country.

you bitterly mistaken! I don't know if you have been in Romania but I was! if Romania entered the EU does not mean that they don't have mess and are superior! If you have the opportunity to visit RO go in a Gyspsies villages or in villages in general ! you will change your opinion quickly or you will be shocked! Ukraine is not anything infra! and not equal ,for sure !

First of all, second of all, third of all and fourth of all.

I met some very kind people in the Ukraine so I would say that the problem is the government and nothing else. It is crazy to blame the mafia because the mafia IS the government and it is terribly corrupt.

What am I "bitterly mistaken" about? I think you didn´t read my post.

I have been to Romania and I have been to many gypsy villages. I have been to every eastern country except Albania and Moldava. And most of my visits were during the communist time. My wife is from eastern Slovakia where there are many, many, gypsies and I have seen more gypsies and more eastern European villages than you have I´m sure. Did I tell you that Romania is a good member of the EU? No. I did not.

first of all, I read what you wrote! Secondly I understood in my way what you mean by saying that is much worse!cause you didn't point on something! So I tried to make a review about living and mess conditions ! My mistake that I forgot about political view!

It is possible that I misunderstood what you "want" to say. I think the problem is that you use very many "!" in your posts. Using a lot of "!" means that you are angry or maybe you want to be loud or to shout at someone. It is very agressive.

If you want to know there're a lot of Gypsies in Ukraine. I myself had a lot of Gypsy friends (then they left Ukraine for better life). Gypsies are not the criteria of joining EU.
As a man who was born in Ukraine and live here permanently I tell you Ukrane is not ready for EU. EU will make a bankrupt if Ukraine enter EU.

Agree. Still people differ as all over the world.
