London: Receptionist and travel co-ordinator
We are a luxury Property Service Company based in beautiful offices in Marble Arch.
We are looking to recruit a Receptionist and Travel Co-ordinator to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will be motivated and keen on professional development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a well presented, professionally spoken Receptionist/Administrator seeking a corporate role with scope to take on additional duties.
Duties will include meeting and greeting clients and high profile staff, answering incoming phone calls using a simple switchboard system, preparing meeting rooms for high level clients, organisation of international travel itineraries, ordering lunches and refreshments for meetings, managing office supplies and stationery and assisting the team with ad hoc administration duties.
