i say its shame on a person to speak such lies about a personality who has changed the face of the world in merely 63 years of his life who has given human beings the same message that Jesus gave that Moses gave and ofcourse all prophets.so stop hurting muslims or wait for a horrifying fate.

Islam:
Islam is not just a religion. It is complete way of life. No aspects of our life can be out of the light of Islam. Islam teaches us that all human being are equal regardless of being black or white. No human being should be oppressed nor should be oppressor.
A Muslim believes to:
• Allah as the only lord to be worshipped
• Prophets of Allah and that Mohammad (puh) is the last prophet
• Angles of Allah
• Books of Allah which Quran is the last book
• Day of judgment and getting alive after death to be questioned
• Destiny (Taqdeer) and whatever happens Allah is aware of it

Note: Reference to the above mentioned 6 main points, All the muslims are adviced to send thier comments to Danish government right away. The Danish government should know that, Muslims never accept the wrong cartoons and we will reflect our power to Denmark government where they are.

i want to say that non-muslim never understand the importance of our beloved Prophet,Our Holy Prophet Mohammad (Peace Be Upon Him). They never spred love they always tries to create voilene among the people but our Prophet always forgive His enemies and always try to spread love and peace. Our Holy Prophet is the greatest personanality not only in the whole world but also in the whole creatures.and as a Muslim i can't stop myself and it is an open challenge to such people who are really absolutely coward to fight with us face to face.I also request to the Governmant of all the Muslim authorities to take the very tough action against them.Remember MR THAT YOU WILL BE DIE ONE DAY AND “Aise mout marey ga key duniya walon key liye ibrat ka namoona banegay ga” AND STOP SHOWING AND MAKING ALL THESE CARTOONS OF OUR HOLY PROPHET>

Irrepective of these protest or support the fact remains that islam followers cannot think beyond what is brainwashed to them.
How can one claim prohphet is greatest when similar great people have lived earlier. This is just justifying his belief in his preset mind. What if he had born in other religion (one may clainm that it is his luck)
The great aspect in islam is integrity by brain wash, violence and no change concept.
After prohpet there is none to understand his preachings.
Nobody can help these people - they need all latest technology, Medical, lifestyle from other but only the preraching should not change as it will loosen integrity.

What I am concerned about is something far worse than the riots over the cartoons. And it is something nobody seems to give a thought to. My concern is that sooner than later some Muslims in sheer desperation may retaliate in kind, drawing Jesus. Remember, European Christians have been insulting Mohammad for centuries. Muslims have at best protested. Sometimes they have become violent and murdered the blasphemer. In return they have earned more flak. But no Muslim has ever insulted Jesus or Moses. The principal reason is that Islam strictly commands that Jesus, Moses and all other O.T. Prophets be revered equally with Mohammad as Messengers of God.

But Islam also forbids suicide. Yet, we see the proliferation of suicide bombing. It is a contravention of Islamic tenet but they find no other way to register their protest against injustice. It will be a very bad beginning if, similarly provoked by cartoons and movies (Geert Wilder's Fitna), Muslims ignore the Quranic command and give something of their own back to the Christians and Jews, in the name of freedom of expression, instead of violence.

I am totally against of making cartoon of Messenger of Allah Mohammad PBUH. We should respect each religion.
If you will give respect to other religions and people belonging to it you will be respected more. From Adam to Muhammad(SAW) all are messenger of Allah so Jews, Christian community should have to respect them.

To all non-muslims . . . Why do you judge before you read about Islam ?

Why do you think Islam is the religion of violence ?

Please, don't look at some people who claim they are muslims these days !

I think European people are clever, and I heard that they like to read, but I don't know why they don't want to read about the history of Islam and the prophet Muhammad !

Here, I would like to invite everyone to visit this website, and after that he/she can judge.

Fred - An American's Journey to Islam

My name is Fred, and this is the story of my journey to Islam.

It is a journey which began in Judaism and extended through Atheism and Christianity before ending with a new beginning in Islam.

After searching for decades for a faith which would make sense to me, a faith which would encompass the whole of life, a faith which would provide for me a sense of community and a support group for the trials of life, I found that I was still adrift in a sea of conflicting religions -- each claiming that the others were false.

It was in a public library in Columbus, Ohio, that I looked at a book titled The Holy Qur'an. I knew nothing about the Qur'an, and even less about Islam -- except that I was fairly certain that Islam was a religion of violence and terrorism.

I thumbed throiugh this odd book, and found that its language was old-fashioned and difficult to read casually. It would require study. So I purchased a copy at a bookstore, and began to study this strange book.

What I found both dismayed me and captivated me.

It dismayed me, in that its one hundred fourteen chapters (called Suras) are nothing new. They are a restatement and simplification of material found in the Old Testament and in the New Testament. This book -- the Holy Qur'an -- is a distillation of the important parts of both Testaments.

It captivated me, in that what I was reading was a powerful statement of God's formation of the world and His love for humankind.

After reading the book, I wanted to know more about this religion whose followers constitute well over a billion men and women in every corner of the world.

I was amazed to find that there are between seven and ten million Muslims here in the United States. And I was even more amazed to find that they are men and women just like you and me -- not wild-eyed terrorists, not wife-beaters, and not intolerant of others' viewpoints.

So I decided to dig deeper, to find out the 'inside story' about these people who call themselvs Muslims (those who obey the will of God).

As I traveled in my job, I visited mosques in Columbus, Ohio; I spoke with Muslim leaders in Sacramento, California; I attended festivals in Portland, Oregon; I shared meals with Muslims in Tucson, Arizona.

And what I found was a group of warm, caring people who were willing to share with me whatever they had -- no questions asked.

After a couple of years of poking into this religion, I decided that it just might be for me. So I inquired about becoming a Muslim, and I was told that it as simple: all I had to do was declare that "there is no god other than God, and Muhammad is His Messenger."

But Muhammad is not the only Messenger; Adam, Noah, Moses, Jesus -- these were all Messengers of God, acording to Islam. Muhammad was not a divinity; he was a man who was chosen by God as His final Messenger.

I asked several Muslims about prayer in Islam, and was told that Muslims pray five times each day at specified times. This affords a Muslim the opportunity to separate himself or herself from the world and communicate directly with God five times a day. I thought it was a real burden, but it's a rest-in-the-shade-on-a-hot-day kind of thing that provides breaks from the awful world in which we humans live.

As to terrorism, there are always those in any group -- religious or political or whatever -- who make it difficult for the rest of the group. In Northern Ireland, there are a few Protestants and a few Catholics that give their religions a bad name; in the U.S. there are the white supremacists; and the ultraconservative Christians; in South Africa there were the apartheid whites; in the late fifteenth century in Spain there was the Inquisition; in Sri Lanka today there are the Tamil rebels; in Iraq, as I write this in early 2005, a relatively small number of Muslims are terrorizing the rest of the country's population. My point is that a relatively small percentage of any group can make that group look bad.

As to the treatment of women, the Qur'an states clearly that in the eyes of God there is no difference between the genders. What we see in the news from various countries is their cultural perversion of the teachings of the Qur'an. This is not Islam.

About Jesus. Non-Muslims are always surprised to find that the Qur'an speaks of Jesus and Mary respectfully, treating Jesus as a prophet and a worker of God's miracles of healing. However, Islam does not view Jesus as God.

To sum up, Islam is an extenion of Judaism and Christianity, respecting the followers of both faiths. The Qur'an simplifies the truths set forth in both Testaments of the Bible, and is also in complete accord with science. In fact, the Qur'an contains absolutely no internal inconsistencies whatsoever.

I found that Islam is what I've been searching for, and I said that phrase which constitutes acceptance of Islam. Do I pray five times a day? Yes. Do I fast during the month of Ramadan? Yes. Do I give charity to others? Yes. Have I had doubts about Islam? Yes. But I always come back to the fact that God has touched me with His mercy and His kindness, and I feel that I am -- at long last -- home with my God and my people.

May the peace of almighty God be with you.

I am a Muslim, believes all the freedom and necessary rights that a human being hold. But what I am failing to understand that when we respects all religions and never try to create controversy about any other religion. Why others try to show this unethical behavior toward us. They say we are terrorists OK from where it has started. From the training of militant to defeat Russia I believe?

Any way my point is that no one ever herd of any Muslim passing such remarks or doing any thing else for any other religion because Islam teaches us to respect other’s believe.

As for the bombing controversy. Well all I can say is that it is very easy to blame us becz this is the plan to take over what we hold.

Being a Muslim I have a firm believe that as GOD has saved KABA from Abe-Lahab will always safeguard the dignity of our lord Muhammad (SAWW) (BPUH) from those who has no idea what they are doing with their eternal life. I pity the Denmark Government on what they call freedom. Actually they are the most uncultured & extremists who has no respect to other’s emotion.

U CAN RESPECT AMINALS FOR THEIR RIGHTS BUT NOT MUSLIMS. PITY U Sad

May be peace upon u !
Its the islamic greetings for all of u, taught by the Holy Prophet Muahammad to all of the humanity that peace should be spread all over the World and everyone has the right to live a prosperous life. I am a Muslim and My religion taught me to respect others and don't play with the emotions of others. We don't know what we were? and who led us when our history as Humans was held with the darkness of Ignorence, Cruelity, Injustice. It were the Messengers of the GOD starting from Adam and ending on Muhammad. All of them are respectful and have great contributions in the guidance of mankind towards humanity, peace, civlization, family relationships and prosperity.
Freedom of opinion is right but it doesn't mean if some people say in a sunny day that the Sun got Black and they want to hide its light with their imiginary feelings.
I am crying Cry on the state of Human Beings of today's World as thier reaction proofs to be like animals as animals don't bother of otherand even in some species they do give respects to one another like Elephants:
Cry I am craying as my beloved Prophet sent for the bettement of whole Humanity( Muhmmad peace be upon him) teached us to be educated and realistic while the Humans are reacting like emotional fools without any proof wasting their abilities and time creating a distrubance in the World.
WHY is this happeing ? Why the journalist don't give their opinioin to all of the misseries done to the humans in Iraq, Afghanistan and other parts of Worlds?
Have any opinion freedom fighter asked an Old Mother/Father of the West in the old houses; what do they feel as their children has thrown them away in their olderly age when they need them?
Muhammad Peace be Upon Him teached us to be kind to the parents even if they are not followers of Islam.
Can anyone compare this with the happeings of todays World.... Its just a part; their are other uncountable teachings which has no comparison in this World and even in the Whole Human History so don't try to hide the Light of the Sun when it is Bright and clear....
Freedom of Opinion .... Its Reality you couldn't hide sunlight with ur opinioin similarly u can't disgrace our Beloved Prophet Muhammad as He has been praised in his time even by his enemies... So accept the reality and don't accept the devils  tricks...
You are human so prove yourself from your opinions as you are judged by your way of Expressions and sources of Opinion...
Facts and figure has got importance in every aspect of life....
Live safe and Call the World to Peace by researching Peace on solid proofs and facts... Reality Isn't it?

What do you mean those cartoons are not religious?
You can see the image of Jesus in the upper-left corner and the image of Buddha in the middle of second row.

[size=85]MUSLIMS BELIEF IS NOT COMPLETED TILL THEY BELIEVE JESUS , MOSES, JACOB AND IBRAHAM AND OTHER OPOSTELS WHOM XIANS AND JEWISH PEOPLE BELIEVE. MUSILM HAVE NEVER DEGRADED ANY PERSON WHOM OTHER RELIGION RESPECT. IT IS NOT UNDERSTOOD AS WHY NON MUSIM PEOPLE SPECIALLY THE EUROPEANS AND AMERICANS ENJOY BY DEGRADING MUHAMMAD (PEACE B UPON HIM). THE PRESENT CARTOONS ARE IN THE SHAPE OF DIFFRENT BURNING EXPLOSIVES. NOT ONLY RHIS IS BALSPHAMOUS BUT IT IS ALSO LIGHT YEARS FROM REALITY. CONSIDER THE FOLLOWINF
1. IT WAS EUROPEAN PEPPLE WHO WAGED THE MOST DESTRUCTIVE WARS0F HUMAN HISTORY WW1 AND WW2. AND EUROPEAN R CHRISTIANS NOT MUSLIM.
2 . SUMBOL OF DESTRUCTION THE MOST CRUEL MAN OF THE HISTORY IS HITLER HE WAS A CHRISTIAN.
3. IT US WHICH USED THE MOST DEADLY WEAPON OF HUMAN HISTORY , ATOMIC BOMB THEY R NOT MUSLIM RATHER CHRISTAINS
4. BOMBING OF IRAQ AND AFGANISTAN HAS NOT BEEN CARRIED OUT BY MUSLIMS
AND THERE R SO MANY EXAMPLES THE WORLD PEACE HAS NEVER BEEN THREATENED BY MUSLIS. MOST OF THE TIMES THEY WERE NON MUSLIMS.
IT BECOME THEN RIDICULOUS TO BLAME ISLAM FOR TERRORISM.

THERE IS LOT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION AND DISRESPECT.

FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION DOES NOT MEAN THAT I M PERMITTED TO OFFEND ANY ONE BY ABUSING HIM. THESE DELIBERATE ACTS OF PRINTING CARTOONS OR DOING OTHER NASTY THINGS. IS NOT ATALL FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION.

BEHAVIOUR OR STANCE BELGIAN GOVT IS INSANE. JUST LIKE UK WHO AWARDED TITLE OF "SIR" salman rushadi the satan

if i m not allwoed to harm someone physically i m not alloewd to harm some 1 emotionally also.
these nasty acts in the name of freedom r harming interfaith harmony, forwhich non muslim r responsible. muslims have never taken any such initiative. but who cares for that.
this act is immature, aggressive and offending. once result is already known why to do a nasty thing time and again

Making all that fuss because of some fairytales is childish, Muslims and Christians alike. It’s like kids complaining to those who say them that Santa-Claus does not exist.

I don't understand why the government of any country should apologize for it's press.
If one have problems with what was printed in a newspaper he can always sue the newspaper and obtain a public excuse from it's directors and an explanation to public and the newspaper should even print an article given to them by those who won the process.
If someone starts riots and is a danger to public order the country administration has every right to punish them in accordance to the law.

Just think if somebody appears with same sorts of thing for the persons respectful for Denmark nation (favour in this) what would be their reaction and feelings?

Principles should always be placed ahead of sectarian utility.

We must congratulate the Danish government for allowing freedom of speech that is fast disappearing in other African and Arabian countries.

My sensibilities would have been offended if the publication of the cartoons had not been allowed.

This is meant to be an illustration of the fact that if you pander to the sensibilities of everybody, freedom of speech would be seriously disrupted or wiped out.

Is it not ironical that those people that claim that religion represents love are behind such episodes as the attack on the twin towers in the USA.

Religion is simply licensed insanity and always opposes any viewpoint that is not in line with their own whether it makes sense or not.

We must stick to fixed principles at the expense of changing religious emotions.

I think a sensible and real artist does not insult others and do not provok ,here is a saying that one day a man was bent over on river and drinking water ,another man told him ,dont drink water like that; you will lose your wisdom .first man said what is wisdom ? second man said O K cotinue and drink. it is the same for the artist he can not undrstand the very primitive rules of co -exgsistance in the worl village.
