Holistically my client currently have a turnover of circa £70 million. The build division currently enjoy a turnover of £30 million and work across the whole of the midlands. Average project values are between £5 and £8 million but will work on projects up to £10 million. They have a number of Industrial and commercial schemes at the moment and also work on health and leisure schemes also.
This is an excellent time to join the company now that the core management is in place, the training and development that you will receive is endless as they have their own in house training programme. If you are a motivated individual and like a challenge, the career progression is endless for you.
You will also have the opportunity to work within different sectors if the business if this is something our would be interested in. This will give you experience not just in Building works, but Civil Engineering and Special Projects also.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience within required role
Experience on projects of similar value
Degree qualified (or studying)
Ability to work well as part of a team.
A motivated person who wants to work hard
