Well, pals! Surprise! It has found out recently that Georgian bio-scientists together with their US colleagues are developing a network of bio labs, involved in one of US Biological Weapons Program. And up to this date a large store of high-risk bio substances is deployed on the territory of Georgian military base, located near Tbilisi, although a year ago within the framework of The Biological Treat Reduction Program of US Defense Department Washington has officially announced its decision to liquidate dangerous pathogens, delivered to Georgia from the USA.
And it was quite logical decision, because Bush administration took into consideration a seesaw policy of Georgian President, Saakashvili, based on his instable psychological characteristics, including his tendency to rash actions. So why has Obama’s administration decided to change its approach to it? I think it should be clear that if the Bush administration has failed to keep its protege in Georgia from his military operations in South Ossetia, I doubt US new leadership will manage to control the situation with dangerous bio pathogens in such politically unstable country as present-day Georgia.
