DHC, the largest on-line skincare company in Japan, requires a Call Centre Supervisor in its first UK call centre in Wimbledon, SW19.
Successful applicants will have important roles to play from the start and must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative and determination. You must have excellent spoken English and customer service skills, and a proven track record in a similar role. Ability to speak Japanese is preferable but not essential.
You will manage a small team to deal with incoming sales orders, and general enquiries and complaints. You will responsible for the ongoing set up of the call centre, and for the monitoring and training of the call centre staff. Call centre management experience is essential, as is an interest in beauty and skincare.
Our call centre is open from Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm, and Saturdays and Bank Holidays 9am to 5pm. You must be able to work flexibly within these hours. Salaries are negotiable upon experience. Benefits include private medical insurance and a generous staff discount.
