London: Bridge engineer

Bridge Engineer wanted in bridge & structure office with experience with feasibility studies.
Offices are in Surrey at the end of the Northern line.
Anticipated hours would be 35 per week with the possibility of some weekend or out of hours working.
Must have experience in the following: -
Experience in preparation of feasibility studies/design briefs for highway structures & bridges.
Invitation and analysis of fee bids for structures work
Evaluation and recommendations of design options
Carrying out highway structures repair programme from initial identification of defects to completion of works abnormal loads
Project management of structural repair programmes or individual schemes including:
Assisting in the preparation of contract documentation
Liasing with Police/London Transport, Network Rail and others
Producing works orders
Preparing and agreeing programmes of work with contractors/consultants
Supervising contractors/consultants and monitoring their performance Maintaining accurate records of works in progress, agreeing
measures
Dealing with queries from the public and others
Controlling expenditure within agreed budgets
Have knowledge of Health and Safety, particularly CDM
Be familiar with and use office technology, Excel, Word, Project, Access etc.
Must have their own car available for use or able to drive in UK
