Of course that NATO should listen to enybody that is at power of country in which NATO wants its bases. It is shame that it was Slobodan Milosevic, but that was facts of the time. What do you mean? NATO can enter eny country if wants? So they can enter Argentina, China or Switzerland without asking the permition? I do not think so. Kosovo is based on ethnic cleansing of all non-Albanians.Serbs,Goranis,Gypses,Bosniaks,Turks and all other non-Albanian peoples.Goranis protested 2 weeks ago demanding that responsible KLA comanders who killed 2000 Goranis.5000 Gypses were killed by KLA.They had NOTHING to do with Serbs.Their only "crime" is that they weren't Albanians.
