Are such glasses useful Indeed. Sometimes I stay too much in front of the computer and my eyes turn red, they are getting tired. What shall I do? WIll such glasses help me? If so, what should I pay attention at when buying these glasses?
Maybe the problem is in your monitor? Many are used to work in front of normal monitor screens and they don't feel any tiredness.
if you spend 2-3 hours daily in front of your screen it is not so dangerous. Another talk is if you spend 6-8 hours, in this case you should definitely by these glasses.
You should first verify the quality of your monitor. I'll tell you how:
Take a camera and start filming. If the quality of the monitor is bad, you'll see blinking on the record, if there is no blinking you can buy such glasses.

Way to go, Helen. I also learned this trick from my friend, who is a monitor glasses promoter...Smile

I remembered what he told me, "It's better to let your monitor wears the glasses, than you're the one that wearing it!".
Are generally these computer screens harmful for our eyes? It's just that I spend a lot of time at my computer, and wanna know whether it's safe or not.

This is definitely depends on the quality as Helen had mention in the previous post...

If the monitor glasses that you've chosen is a low quality glasses, then you're better leave it alone...
are there other ways to check the quality of the monitor? Maybe some technical chracterustucs, or something?
I think manufacturers already thought of that, and there is no danger.
I feel my sight gets worse when I spend more time in front of the monitor. I think there is nothing we can do, and there's even nothing manufacturers can do about.
Actually it's absolutely OK to spend as much time as you need in front of your monitor. But, in order to avoid problems with your sight, every 15 minutes make a break and look outside the window, so your eyes could relax.

You'd better after each hour of sitting of front of your computer make some exercises for eyes and watch in the distance. Your eyes should rest for about 15 minutes, and then again you may continue working.
