This UK company is the largest independent Project and Cost Management Company In New York City, with over 20 years of experience in the USA working on some of the most prestigious projects across the country.
Currently they are looking for Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to assist their ongoing growth. The successful Surveyors will work within the Cost Management team providing Estimating and Cost Control services on varied Projects. Project sectors my client operate in vary greatly and include large owner-occupied sites such as Institutional Clients, Developer Repositioning, Museums, Large Commercial interior fit-outs, Retailers and prominent infrastructure projects. Existing Projects include the US$ 2bn refurbishment of the United Nations Headquarters, US$ 300m New Whitney Museum and the Brooklyn Bridge Park Project consisting of the creation of 85 acres of new parkland on the waterfront in Brooklyn.
