The club has an ethos of exceeding customer expectations and prides itself on being different from the run of the mill health clubs in the industry.
The Role
The ideal candidate will manage both the fitness team and personal training team to the highest standards in customer service, programming and instruction. They will also act as a second in charge to the general manager and must have experience in the sales environment. They will have a strong background in leading a team and a sound operational background. An eye for detail is essential.
The Person
This is an excellent opportunity for a mature individual to develop into club management as well as still having a hand in on the gym floor. Candidates for this Fitness Manager role must be REPs level 2 qualified and REPs level 3 to personal train. First Aid and pool operations would also be desirable.
