Globrix is a new type of internet property search engine which has recently launched in the UK in partnership with News International (The Times, The Sunday Times, The Sun)
We are looking for an experienced helpdesk engineer to join our small team of support engineers. Based in Central London, you will be liaising with clients, building and developing customer support relationships, and prioritising client requests.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a start up environment where self motivation, passion and a desire to excel are key requirements.
Skills required:
- Experience with working in a small website customer support team
- Experience and knowledge of the RT helpdesk system would be a major benefit, please highlight this on your cover letter
- Experience of maintaining client relationships
- Passion for maintaining a high level of customer support
- Knowledge of basic function of web crawling, databases, data feeds or search engines.
- A 2:1 or higher degree, preferably in a technical field
