We are an upmarket restaurant looking for a bar supervisor for our stand alone Martini Bar.
The position is a "hands on" supervisor role where you will be working alongside the bar team serving customers and mixing drinks as well as supervising all staff on duty. the person we are looking for MUST have the following atttributes/experience:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Excellant customer service skills.
Excellant high end cocktail experience.
Helpfull friendly outgoing personality.
The ability to put customers needs ahead of all else.
Trustworthy.
Common sense.
We are a bar with a clientelle who knows what they want and how they want it and over the past few years our business levels have shown that we are offereing the kind of service standards and drink quality they are looking for. Now we need a bar supervisor who can help continue that trend and who will ensure that our customers are being served promply, in a friendly manner and with top quality drinks and that the bar is organised and ready at all times.
