Busy GP surgery, based in Lisburn is seeking to appoint a receptionist to join their well-established team.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Answering/ Re-directing calls
- Typing
- Filing
- Schedule appointments for clients
- Deal with general queries
- General administration duties
Qualifications/ Experience:
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs - Grades A-C
- Computer literate - must be confident working with spreadsheets, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word.
