A unique interim opportunity has arisen to work for this Gloucester based financial services business - a subsidiary of a well established NYSE listed organisation. With a strong history and  over £5 billion of assets under management this organisation can offer a stable and exciting opportunity to the right candidate. The role requires a qualified lawyer with circa 2 years + PQE or equivalent to report directly to the Head of Legal in their Gloucester offices.  The role has arisen due to an increase in workload and will be for a duration of 3-6 months, although there is potential for this to become a permanent position. Day to day duties will include review and preparation of development contracts, distribution agreements, advertising contacts and ad hoc documentation and generalist  in house legal work.
