Great opportunity to work for a regional building contractor in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
If you fancy a change, but want to utilise all your hard earned experience gained over the years this may be the opportunity for you.
I am looking for someone who wishes to pursue their career down the business development route. You will have come from either a Site based, operational or commercial background and you will have experience and knowledge of the following;
· PQQ's
· Budgets and Estimates
· General Building background
· Understanding of the tender process
· Excellent relationship builder
· Commercially astute
· Ability to liaise with Clients, Architects...
For the best possible offer you will be able to demonstrate the following; A stable career, sound understanding of the building industry, local contacts, a proven track record in your chosen field.
Although not essential the following are desirable;
· Bsc in Construction - (or equivalent)
· Professional affiliation, ie, CIOB
