Workign for one of the world's leading outsourcing companies you will be working on behalf of a leading government agency.
Your role will be to handle incoming general enquiry calls and provide information and advice as necessary to customers. You will also deal with responses by email.
You will posess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience gained in a call centre or retail environment.
