Soon after military operations were launched in the conflict zone, hackers from both countries started attacking massively the most important internet resources of their countries in a reciprocal manner. Unfortunately there is no organization that would negation a cease attack agreement for those individuals.
Could they, in fact, make the overall relations between these two countries even more complicated?
if your words are true, then I think this is a political order. Officials of both countries hired hackers for breaking their enemy's system.
Hackers are regular people like you and me, there is no need for those two governments to hire them, they act on their instincts. For example you can see how much public opinions defer on this forum in the topic dedicated to this war.
