It is autumn already and soon leafs will start to fall, and beside all that allergic people know that it is time to start the preparation for the autumn war against pollen. How do you prevent seasonal allergies?
There should be special medicines for that, sold in drug stores.
It is very hard to fight them. It is hard to find the medicine that suits you.

I do have allergy but it's connected with spring, not autumn. When spring comes I am bothered by poplar seed tufts. It comes right into my nose and I start sneezing.
of course there are autumn allergies. They are spread among people who are sensible to time changing. Thus the body needs time for adapting to new season temperatures and conditions.
