This rapidly growing telecommunication company are looking to expand their team and recruit a Legal Counsel.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
1) Liaising with clients in relation to regulatory issues and negotiating contractual terms where appropriate.
2) Reviewing contracts from their suppliers and services they provide.
3) Ensuring client services adhere to reglatory issues.
4) Liaising with the industry regulator.
5) Dealing with ad hoc legal issues.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
You will need to be an enthusiastic Graduate from a top class university, with A-Levels all at grade A or B, and preferably some commercial experience. Excellent written and communaction skill and a hands on approach are essential.
