Guys, instead of the malaria and Aedes, there is a new type of disease that can be spreaded through mosquitoes and its named is "Chikungunya".

Find out more about the disease at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chikungunya
The disease is caused bythe warmth of climate. As teh climate gets warmer, mosquito have the possibility to raise upper to colder areas.
Should these mosquitoes (that spread maleria) reach Europe, and we could reach the level of African countries, since it's not only the African economy which brought those people to degradation, it's the diseases spread by mosquitoes as well.
Yeah, I agree with you guys here, Benn and Helen.

Unlike the Aedes and Malaria, this Chikungunya disease can be a very dreadful and painful situation, even after you've recovered from it, as it will cause you to have Bone pain or tenderness from time to time!
Did this disease appear somewhere in Europe or it's only in Africa? I think Europe is full of evolved diseases, scientists should start seeking solutions for preventing the disease.

Well, Steven. I heard from a few of my friends who living in the Southeast Asia, which this scary disease has been spreading like wild fire in the Southeast Asia region and it's also has been reported appearing in the Japan and Korea as well!

Hopefully, it won't happen in Europe...
Actually I found out that the disease is appeared long time ago, as far back as 1960. Fortunately it has been living in Asia. But, some cases were revealed in Europe.
So if it appeared in 1960, there should be already solutions for treating it fast, am I right?
I've heard about this kind of disease and it is very dangerous.
The incubation period of Chikungunya disease is from two to four days. Symptoms of the disease include a fever up to 40 °C, rash of the trunk and occasionally the limbs, joint pain, intense headache, insomnia..
The most effective means of prevention are protection against contact with the disease-carrying mosquitoes and mosquito control. These include using insect repellents.
