It sometimes happen that we unexpectedly change our tastes and want to eat something specific right now, in this moment. But, you should know that if your body challenges you for eating something, this means:
Chocolate:
magnesium insufficiency. Contained in nuts, fruits, peas

Want bread
Nitrogen insufficniency. This means our body requires the products that contin high notriciousness.

Want tea or coffee?
A sign that your body needs phosphorus. This element is contained in the anti-vegetarian food.

Want fried food
You need carbon, contained in fresh fruits.

You want carbonated water
Calcium defficiency.

What is your orgnism like?
Faw_Peter, should the food that our body desires contain the required elements?
If yes I don't understand what carbonated water has to do with calcium...
And why you consider phosphorus to be an element contained in anti-vegetarian food...
Our organism knows what we need, and if you want something to eat very much, for example an apple or a strawberry you should eat it. That means you don't receive enough vitamins which the organism requires.
also should not forget , the Dearly beloved, that hungry is also a reaction of our body to certain diseases, eg diabetes! when you are sick the first symptoms are excessive thirst and hunger! :?
