Full Version: How to explain your employee his incompetence

Regardless of how your employee endeavours, a good manager is always able to prove his worker that he lazy and stupid. The question is how to apply this know-how. The following may sound funny, but are very good advices for evil managers :twisted: :

1. Give tasks to your employee, try to use sophisticated terms, so that he couldn't even have a clue of what you are talking about.

2. If your worker asks you to concretize certain things from what you said, show yourself surprised.

3. If your worker asks twice the same question, tell him you've already answered it.

4. Show your nervosity when explaining his tasks.

5. If you can find in his job reasons for being criticized, don't avoid this opportunity, even if the mistake is little.

6. Give him concrete instructions on the task, but leave the expected results and plans unmentioned.

7. Always make the employee do the work in the way you consider best, especially if it's very long and difficult

8. Remind his deadlines
I feel sorry for the employee of bosses who read this thread. Now remember, dear bosses, you can use above advices only in case you really don't like your worker. But try to understand that nobody is perfect.
A boss behaves, more or less, humanly only if he reached his position by efforts, step by step raising the hierarchical stairs. Young bosses who did nothing to achieve their position will not behave adequately to their employees.
Companies that have this kind of bosses are not efficient at all, since the working teams will never understand the tasks and will fully rely on the director. Personnel in this company changes very often.
Modern companies with strong innovation trends must show an original management within the organization. Managers should be felt at least level possible. I mean every employee must have managerial skills, otherwise the pyramid made of experience simply crushes.

these kind of employees represent considerable expenses for the organization. If you were a professional in something you would not work for little money, as you feel you're simply disrespected.
First of all you should explain it what was the problem, you should never cry on it, and blaming or saying different kinds of bad expressions. The employee should know what was its mistake and it should try to correct it in the best ways.
