We can lead by our attitude, not just by reason. For instance, if you threat someone as a friend, he/she can become a friend for you, too. When you treat everyone as friends, you send a certain message. People can listen, understand your message and follow you.

Be careful. Don't expect always the same attitude from everybody. The world is mean, and not everybody can make good things the same as you do.
