Full Version: Rich businessman beheaded his wife

Muzammil Hassan, founder of the first Islam channel in USA Bridges TV, decapitated his wife in Bridges TV building. The reason for the murderer, as Hassan says, is his wife's will to divorce. After committing the murderer, he went to the police and told them the whole story. They had 4 children.
Can anybody explain this? I think it goes beyond any laws. Muzammii forgot he lives in a democratic country. I don't know if Islam allows killing your wife, but this is awful.
that's truly inhumanly... hope he doesn't get away with only a few years of prison. This brutal act is punishable with dead. But, since he's a millionaire a good lawyer could save him, unfortunately... Just think about it - this man had everything in his life, he was a truly civilized person... TV channel founder, whatever

I couldn't find any news where Muzammil Hassan admits that he committed the murder.
It could as well be a setup.
Dear Admin, you're calling cnn source unverified information?

Even on BBC website this information is available
I think this is richness that made him believe he's allowed everything. In combination with their religion it is a dangerous product. Happily he's not on the run, and the police arrested him.

Now a question appears here. Would this ever happen if he was of European origin? OK, there are many cases when husbands kill their wives. But, behead... it's something special I've never heard of before. Deserves worst punishment.

agree. Regardless of the traditions and customs a religion has, you have to take into consideration human morals, which are beyond any traditions.

yes, beheading anyone is sick and perverted.
Immediately after the killing, Khalid J. Qazi of the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) chapter of Western New York, declared: “There is no place for domestic violence in our religion — none. Islam would 100 percent condemn it.”
This TV station aimed to prove Americans that Muslims are not cold-blooded killers ready to kill anybody in the name of religion. And what happens now? The Bridges TV has totally lost its reputation.
Everybody knew this guy as a strong guy, but by this actions he showed that he was not a man of peace and his actions were not rooted in a religion of filth.
The TV station might now be closed, as it remained with no owner. It's history isn't long, as it was founded in 2004.
See how the channel was founded in 2004, a lot of praise.
