During our life, the body garners a lot of unneeded substances. These substances penetrate every part of our body, every organ and circulating blood. You may consider them unessential, but the more they fill your body, the bigger is the risk to catch cancer.
Medicines are almost helpless in removing these substances. You need something natural, and this is - sauna.
If you've been to sauna at least once, you probably understand what I'm saying, if not, just do it!
Have you tried it?
I've been to sauna for several times. I know exactly what you are talking about. I adore those extremely hot temperatures raising to 120 degrees celcius. After that, making a quick swim into a pool with cold water will make you feel reborn Confuseduper
Sauna is good due to sweating. Sweating is as important for our health as breathing and eating. It plays three essential roles: disposes the body of wastes, regulates the body's critical temperature at 37 degrees C (98.6 degrees F), and helps keep the skin clean.
Yes, sauna is indeed great. But, you should first consult a doctor before trying it. The point is that people who have high blood pressure may end badly in sauna. The heat will may switch their heads off.
Sauna helps your body work out interferon. Interferon is an active protein that reduces considerably the risk of cancer diseases, especially skin cancer.
During staying in sauna, the temperature of skin warms up by 10 degrees Celsius and the temperature of body - by 3 degrees. "Artificial heat" kills bad bacteria and viruses and strengthens our immune system.
Sauna perfectly prevents arthritis. Also, it's irreplaceable way to cure yourself if you have chronic nasal cold
Sauna relaxes your muscles and reduces the content of lactic acid twice (it appears during trainings). So going to sauna after tough physical trainings is great. However, if the trainings were hard enough, rest a little bit first.
Overall body heat makes the blood supply to bronchopulmonary apparatus faster, which optimizes the breathing rhythm.
Sauna is not permitted to people who suffer from epilepsy and epileptic seizures, siringomieliya, myasthenia, vascular mielopatiya, central paralysis of vascular etiology.
Never consume alcohol if you are taking sauna. A friend of mine almost died once, when he drank 1 litre of bear and went into the heating room. Doctors saved him. It's because blood vessels swell from heat, and when you add alcohol, they may explode.
When you're staying in that heat, your heart's pumping speed grows by about 70%, reaching 100-150 beats per second. So if you have arrhythmia, consult the doctor before trying sauna.
When your organism stays in this heat, your capillaries become wider. Doctors, supporters of untraditional medicine, believe that widening capillaries helps maintaining blood pressure on normal level
One sauna procedure "pulls out" from your body rougly 1.5 liters of sweat. The liquid should be re-established, that's why it's good to drink more water in sauna.
Sauna helps healing rheumatic diseases. It relaxes the musculature and strengthens the immune system.
I once watched the discovery channel and found out that In Russian sauna, men use to take a steam bath at the same time being hit with special brooms made of plants. It is believed to have a rehabilitating effect.

yes, that's indeed healthy. Even a little blow of air on your skin hearts if you stay in that hit. It's like a hot wind, almost burns the skin. It activates blood circulation perfectly. Confuseduper
Cool down gradually after going out of sauna. Don't jump in into swimming pool with cold water. Don't fall asleep in sauna, it's dangerous, there were cases of decease because of that.
Look at these guys, they look happy

It's an old, classical sauna

And now take a look at this one, it's a modern one.

Which one would you prefer?
I like classical, it feels better and I guess it's more efficient for health.
I love very much going on sauna, but it is not so good for many people which have heart disease because it can cause even a heart attack for someone with a hard stage of disease. It is also not recommended for children and people which just can not support that pressure from the sauna.
I can tell about some benefits of this amazing therapy.
Saunas not only help remove radioactive particles, but can kill cells mutated by radiation that otherwise reproduce and eventually lead to cancer.
Infrared sauna therapy is also the most powerful method for uncovering and healing chronic infections. The toxins from chronic infections often contribute to the development of cancer.
