Does anybody know how to lift your mood if you’re in a real crisis and you don’t want to do anything? Tell me how you fight such situations? I divorced and I feel bad...
listen to the music, it really helps, not prodigy of course Smile
it may sound stupid, but when I keep smiling it helps me leave the bad mood far away from me
I eat sweets, it calms me just like others are calmed by cigarettes. But, the first thing you should do is to find the reason your mood is bad and "delete" it, or if this is not possible - "forget timely" and maybe it will solve automatically
yesterday I was travelling through my town. And, you know what Terry, I was smiling everywhere. Thank you, it helped me remove the bad mood. I understood that it's very simple, it's autosuggestion
You can lift your mood by finding something *more significant* than your own problems upon which to focus! Think about your friends, relatives, the poor people. Choose a person that addresses to you and give to that person something. It can be your time or money, item, or whatever. Giving to others makes MOST people feel good in their heart.
As the day gets shorter and clouds hide the sun or forces people to stay inside during, people's mood begin to worsen. I'm not talking about everybody, but, if you feel you depend on the weather, just have more contact with the sunlight.
It's essential to get out of the past and live with the day of the present and the future. Forget what happened, think of the new opportunities and what can happen.
When you think the world has turned back towards you, be careful - maybe you turned back from the world.
Even if you make the stupidest mistake, something useful must come out.
I sometimes lift my mood by eating something sweet Smile
having sex in time is very important for having a good mood. Usually it's easy to understand why a man is nervous in the morning during the worktime. The answer is that he had little sex.
I like to watch comedies when I feel down, or I call my friends who can lift my mood up, or play computer games.
Computer games can lift your mood, but you have to play them well, otherwise you will only get more nervous!
I used to listen to music and eating chocolates, when my mood is very low...

your advices are good. But, I would avoid eating too much chocolate. It' would be enough to eat not more than 100 grams of chocolate per day, however it depeends on the tastes.
When I feel psychologically bad, I try to go out, meet some of my best friends, have a talk - this really helps.
Also I heard about aromatherapy, they say it helps too, but I didn't try. You may also listen to the music, or do sth that you really enjoy.
